Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and clear video instructions to help you complete the final steps, or you can choose professional assembly through our local dealer network.
What is the return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the original packaging is required for a safe return.
How far can I ride on a single battery charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Aventon e-bikes offer an average range of 30 to 60 miles per charge using pedal assist.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
All new Aventon e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame and electrical components, including the motor and battery.
Are Aventon e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes are rated IPX4 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
