At Aventon Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your bike or accessories in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
